A 6 night / 7 day, Searching for my Destiny, (May to December) from £1150. Included are your 90min morning yoga classes, costal asanas on Iztuzu beach, 60min Pilates classes X4, Meditation art therapy and journaling X3. Beach excursion, swim, turtle hospital, food. Friday market excursion, including lunch in a traditional Turkish Cafe. Taxi airport pick up (Dalaman). Private ensuite airconditioned guest room. Use of the Pool.
A 6 night/7 day, My body is a Temple Pilates package, from £950. Included are your four, 60minute Pilates classes, pi-yo, Barre, Mat, yogalates. Beach excursion, Friday market excursion, lunch. Three meals a day, spring water. Private ensuite airconditioned room. Use of the pool.
A 7 night/8 day, Teaching teachers, £1,500. Included are both workshop classes and inspiring classes, how to write your own meditations and mantras, how to theme your classes, what type of teacher do you want to be, what cliental do you want to help? How to find your inner yogi and learn about nutrition. A time out, with a trip to the beach and Friday market. All meals and snacks to keep you going. Private ensuite room. Taxi transfer, Dalaman Airport. Use of the pool, garden and lounge areas.

20% (non refundable) deposits taken on making reservation, by bank transfer, for 2025 season. Currently, there is lots of availability for the new season, March to December. Spaces are limited though, with just 6 guest rooms available.
Timetable changes with the season, this is to reconnect yourself with the earth and universe. In summer we need the shade to keep our bodies ambient and in the winter we crave the warmth of the sun. Meals are eaten in daylight hours, as this aids our digestion.

0630-0800 Wake up with the sunrise, an hour after call to prayer. Begin with liberating your spine, to release your kundalini energy. Followed by traditional sun prayers or creative warm up flows. Then a sequence to both challenge your body and your mind.
0800-0900 A Pilates class, perfect for those who are only interest in their physical being right now. Also great for learning body control and how to breath. More reps allows for more practice and learning of poses. These classes will help build the fundamental for yoga, strength, focus and more. Mixing yoga and Pilates together or Ballet/Dance with Pilates
1000-1100 Continental inspired breakfast of homemade pastries, filled with fruits or cheeses, served with a coffee or tea, in the lounge areas.
1100-1230 Change of pace, now the body has been attended to, the mind can be pure, to receive. Meditation Colour Art Therapy and journaling sessions, are creative and a way to connect to inner depths and to learn how to self heal or receive divine messages.
1300-1400 Turkish mezze Lunch, served on a sharing platter for two. Hummus, hot pepper yogurt, white bean dip, tapenade, pesto, Turkish eggs, aubergine salad, marinated vegetables. Bread on request. Juice, ayran.
Free time to relax in the lounge areas, swim in the pool, meditate further in the olive garden, go for a walk or day trip. . .
1900 – 2000 Sunset, plant based evening meal with complimentary Turkish wine.
2100-2200 Lights go out in external areas
